Our journey began with owning and operating home cleaning, window cleaning, and pressure-washing companies in Seattle, Cleveland, Minneapolis, and St. Louis. Along the way, we gained firsthand experience in every aspect of running a business—sales and marketing, hiring and retaining top talent (plus some hard lessons in firing), managing CRMs, navigating insurance and claims, optimizing routing, and understanding the financial metrics that drive profitability. Through it all, we became experts at our own bookkeeping.
